Which teams is this service for?
For teams with a defined product or project that want to assess customer demand, channel capability or cooperation terms in person. Initial visits focus on Jakarta and nearby areas; travel between cities requires a separate review of transport, timing and site conditions.
This is not a tourist itinerary relabelled as business. Prospective and confirmed meetings are managed separately; unconfirmed participants and times do not enter the final agenda.
Where does our support begin?
- Turn visit objectives into questions to verify on site and criteria for selecting meeting partners.
- Coordinate prospective meetings, timing, agendas and required language support.
- Separate information confirmed by the other party, claims still requiring verification and observations from the visit.
- Prepare meeting notes and action lists, then follow up on work both sides have agreed to pursue.
Clarify these points before departure
- Your company and products, and the types of customers, channels or service providers you want to meet.
- The three to five questions you most want to test on this visit.
- Proposed dates, party size, working languages and scheduling flexibility.
- Meetings already arranged, information that must remain confidential and the budget range if decided.
How does an itinerary become a workable plan?
- Confirm objectives: define the questions to address and what this visit will not cover.
- Confirm arrangements: distinguish prospective, awaiting-reply and confirmed meetings, and clarify fees and cancellation or change terms.
- Reach conclusions: record evidence, disagreements and actions; do not treat polite interest as a commitment to cooperate.
What should you bring back?
Return with materials that support continued work: a confirmed agenda, key meeting notes, evidence obtained, unresolved disagreements and an action list with owners and dates.
Coordination, interpretation, vehicles, accommodation, venues and travel costs are confirmed separately. Unconfirmed meetings are not presented as secured; extra itinerary items are not assumed to be included in the original fee.
A visit is not a completed deal
A business visit does not mean transaction due diligence is complete, nor does it guarantee a contract, purchase or permit. Professional advice, visas, contracts and other compliance requirements should be checked by suitable independent professionals.
We do not promise official connections or special approval channels. The other party's identity, resources and cooperation terms require further verification before you commit resources.
