This notice explains how Arclena Group handles information you choose to provide through this site.
Information we receive
Contact name, company or individual status, country, preferred contact method, and the email, WhatsApp, WeChat ID or telephone details you provide. City, role and company website are optional. We also receive your requirement content and documents you send separately by email.
How we use it
To understand the requirement, assess initial feasibility, prepare follow-up, and communicate with you about the request.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with relevant parties when needed to assess or execute a requirement, with appropriate consent or legal basis. It is retained only for reasonable business and legal needs.
Language preference
The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Your rights and questions
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact info@arclena.id.
When you consent and select Send requirement, the website passes your name, contact details and requirement through Cloudflare to info@arclena.id using Zoho Mail’s EU service. Processing may occur outside Indonesia. The website does not upload files or send them to a scanning service; attach documents yourself by email. Anti-spam and duplicate-prevention records contain a reference, status, timestamps and keyed one-way digests, not the requirement or raw contact details. Submission records become eligible for deletion after 30 days and are cleared on subsequent valid submissions. Emails are retained as needed for follow-up and business or legal obligations. Website confirmation means the email service accepted the submission, not that it has been read. Do not send passwords, full bank credentials or sensitive identity documents.
